LEGAL STATUS
The Iuris Naturalis Societas is an Association founded in 2025 with an international scope and purpose.
It is legally constituted under Organic Law 1/2002 of 22 March of the Kingdom of Spain (See the official approval document here)

WHERE ARE WE?
The Association does not have a physical office open to the public. It is a organisation whose members meet at events organized by the association, both in person and online.
Academics and jurists from around the world can belong to the Association.

IURIS NATURALIS SOCIETAS
The International Society of Natural Law Scholars.
A worldwide network of academics dedicated to the study of Natural Law and its practical application in all legal disciplines.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE
The association's main objective is to promote the study of natural law and encourage its application, particularly within the legal and political spheres. To achieve this fundamental goal, the association will provide the means described here.
The means described to achieve the association's purpose may be expanded depending on the circumstances.
The association greatly appreciates suggestions for additional concrete means that will facilitate the achievement of its purpose.

The association publishes relevant news on natural law on its website, including legislation, court decisions, books, articles, films, and conferences.

Awards will be given, especially by recognizing books, articles, films, etc., that highlight the reality of natural law.
JOIN THE INS
Who can join the ISN?
Membership is open to scholars and jurists studying natural law and its moral, legal, and politicalimplications, provided they have published at least one academic paper on the subject.
Admission steps
- Apply for membership in the INS by sending this duly completed application form to info@iurisnaturalis.com, together with your CV, one of your publications on a topic related to natural law, and the endorsement of five active INS members.
- Be accepted by the Board of Directors with a simple majority vote of its members.
Membership fee
Each full member (“socios de número”) is required to pay an annual membership fee of $95. This contribution helps support our events, publications, and academic initiatives throughout the year. According to the bylaws, non-voting members (“socios adherentes”) are exempt from this fee; however, they do not have the right to participate in Board Assemblies
