Grégor Puppinck is a French jurist and scholar specializing in international law, human rights, and legal philosophy. He serves as Director General of the European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ), an international NGO based in Strasbourg that promotes the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, particularly before the European Court of Human Rights and other international institutions. Trained in law and holding a PhD in legal theory, he has been involved in numerous cases and third-party interventions before international courts and bodies concerning religious freedom, bioethics, family law, and the protection of human dignity. Puppinck is also a lecturer and frequent speaker in academic and policy forums and the author of several books and articles on human rights, international law, and the philosophical foundations of legal systems.
