Carlos Alberto Pérez Cuevas is a Mexican lawyer, academic, and former legislator specializing in constitutional law, governance, and anti-corruption policy. He served as a Federal Deputy in the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress (2009–2012) representing the State of Mexico as a member of the Partido Acción Nacional. Alongside his political career, he has been active in academia as a professor and researcher at Universidad Panamericana, where his work focuses on constitutional law, rule of law, and public integrity. Internationally, he has played a prominent role in anti-corruption initiatives, serving as Vice-Chair and Regional Chair for Latin America of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC).
