Emilio Esteban-Hanza López de Sagredo is a Spanish lawyer and public-policy analyst specializing in legal theory, institutional affairs, and political analysis. He studied law and political science at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Victoria University of Wellington (Australia), and later completed a master’s degree in Telecommunications Law at Universidad CEU San Pablo. He is currently a PhD candidate in Philosophy of Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Professionally, he has worked in legal practice and public affairs, including roles at Cremades & Calvo‑Sotelo Abogados and the international public-affairs consultancy KREAB Worldwide, focusing on institutional relations, policy analysis, and regulatory strategy. He is also active in academic and intellectual circles, serving as coordinator of the Law & Liberty Spain Circle and collaborating with institutions such as CEU‑CEFAS and the World Jurist Association in conferences and initiatives related to the rule of law, political philosophy, and public debate.
