He is a lawyer and holds a PhD in Legal Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina Santa María de los Buenos Aires (UCA). He is a researcher with special dedication at the UCA Law School. He is currently studying alternatives for making the regime of compulsory and equal division of inheritance more flexible. He is Director of the IUS 2019/2021 Project (UCA) on ‘Freedom of Testamentary Disposition in Comparative Law’ and has participated in the IUS 10/16 Project (UCA) and the PICT 2012-1271 Project (FONCIT). He is a professor of History of Law at the UCA Law School and has collaborated in the same faculty in the subjects of Philosophy of Law and Argentine History (School of Political Science). He has completed postgraduate studies in Insurance (UCA) and refresher courses in Business Law (Austral University). He is an editorial advisor for the Cruz del Sur-Revista de Humanidades magazine. He is a full member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of San Isidro, a full member of the Argentine Institute of Genealogical Sciences and the Santiago de Liniers Historical Institute, as well as a founding member of the Saturday Board of Historical Specialities. He is a member of the Catholic Lawyers' Association. He participates in the Centre for Constitutional Law and the Permanent Seminar on Metaphysics at the UCA. He has been a speaker and lecturer.
