PhD in Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Specialization and Research from the same university. He is an Associate Professor of Civil Law and Legal Theory in the Department of Law and Political Science at the Universidad Católica San Pablo in Arequipa, Peru.He practices as a lawyer and serves as an arbitrator registered with the National and International Arbitration Center of the Arequipa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as with the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the specialized legal journal Actualidad Civil and a member of the Center for Comparative Law Studies (CEDC).He currently serves as Director of the Circle for the Study of Patrimonial Civil Law (CEDECIP) at the Universidad Católica San Pablo. Additionally, he is Dean of the Faculty of Law and Director of the Department of Law and Political Science at the same institution.
