Her research centers on the philosophical foundations of human rights, dignity, legal ethics and deontology, and the normative dimensions of law in plural societies. Aparisi has engaged extensively with the thought of Francisco de Vitoria and other figures in the classical natural law tradition, while also addressing contemporary challenges in human rights discourse, including gender and human dignity, bioethical controversies, legal interpretation, and the praxis of legal actors.
