Carlos Alberto Gabriel Maino is a distinguished Argentine–Italian legal philosopher, senior academic, and Professor of Legal Philosophy and Jurisprudence at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina, UCA) in Buenos Aires.
