Carlos José Errázuriz, born in 1957 (Santiago, Chile), obtained the licentiate degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and is Doctor in Law and Doctor in Canon Law both from the University of Navarra (Spain). Full Professor of Philosophy of Law and Foundation of the Law and Rights in the Church, in the Canon Law Faculty of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Rome) and former Dean of the same Faculty.
